Maurice is the founder and sole shareholder of Romano Property Group and has led the business as Group Managing Director since 2005. With over 20 years of experience across development, capital funding, and project marketing, he has delivered major residential, commercial, medical and retail projects exceeding $70 million in value.

Prior to founding RPG, Maurice held senior leadership roles across the FMCG industry in Australia and New Zealand, including CEO and director positions at Amcal, Pacific Dunlop Food Company, Valcorp Fine Foods and Australian Convenience Foods Group. He is a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.

A proud Collingwood supporter and Liverpool FC fan, Maurice enjoys cycling and sharing good food and wine with family and friends.

Enza brings over 30 years of accounting experience across the telecommunications, food, and property sectors. She joined RPG in 2013 and now oversees the financial management of all business units and development entities within the group.

Her role includes financial reporting, compliance, payroll, reconciliations and working closely with the Managing Director on strategic planning. Enza’s eye for detail ensures the smooth operation of the group’s finance function.

Outside of work, she enjoys long walks, cooking, and dining with family and friends.

Victoria brings over 10 years of experience across partnerships, marketing and business development. With a background spanning legal, media and professional services, Victoria has managed high-value partnerships, built strong stakeholder networks and delivered strategic marketing and communications campaigns that enhance brand visibility and reputation. Adaptable, collaborative and creative, Victoria brings a proven ability to manage complex projects and deliver impact through authentic storytelling and strategic alignment.

At RPG, Victoria is responsible for shaping brand, communications and partnerships that deliver shared value, strengthen industry connections and support long-term business growth.

When she’s not in the office Victoria answers to her most demanding boss yet, her one-year-old daughter. Her favourite season is summer and spending lots of time at the beach with a well-earned glass of spritz.

Linda has a Bachelor of Business and has worked in the finance industry for over 30 years. Working closely with our Financial Controller, Linda assists with trust accounting tasks, invoicing, receipting and bank reconciliations. She works in a methodical manner with a positive and polite attitude.

Outside of work Linda enjoys visiting country markets, going to the gym, gardening and cooking
